The item must be fully paid for before shipping. Cabinets European Birch Cabinet Grade Finnish is standard on all models, a few furniture grade particle for Scott cabinets are available, deduct $25. This is beautiful birch, for those that want an all wood cabinet. This plywood is in short worldwide supply, it has a high demand due to the quality of old growth virgin birch forest. It is harvested only part of year. Special orders for non stocked items may require that you send your equipment to me. It is highly preferred that you do call, to go over details of what equipment/cabinet that will be sent for either a new cabinet or for re-veneer service. A firm price will be established and emailed to you. If sending equipment it is not necessary to pay in full, a min deposit of 50% of total is required when sent. Balance required before sending back to you. Balance can be paid by Paypal or money order. You can ship with your own personal carrier USPS, UPS, Fedex or DHL, I have excellent service from all. I send back by UPS or DHL normally, and provide tracking numbers. For equipment sent here that is tubes, it is helpful that you remove at least your power tubes to prevent breakage or having them come loose in shipment. I prefer that you also provide me with a tracking number when sent. Your equipment will be totally secure and treated with up most care. When I have the new cabinet done and fitted for your amp, tuner, etc, I will take a couple of pictures and email them to you before sending out. Turn around times average two to three weeks. If you have a special veneer or wood that needs to be used, most of them I can obtain locally - walnut, pecan, cherry, oak, etc. and will have it the day your equipment arrives in most cases. Warranty for all cabinets that are constructed and/or repaired, if the veneer under normal use should separate or debond from the substrate for 3 yrs from date of purchase, it can be sent back in for re-veneering or replacement. This is for normal use, if evidence of neglect, abuse or water damage, it will not be covered. Also will warranty the construction of the cabinet for 3 years if ever a joint on main cabinet, this does not include front trim, should break or come loose, it can be sent back for a new cabinet. Warranty does not extend to veneer, but only to construction for unfinished cabinets as i have no control over customers finish process. Warranty does not extend to legs, as they are frequently abused by improper handling. This does not cover abuse or dropping of cabinet. Shipping to my shop is buyer's responsibility, I will however pay the shipping back to customer in US and Canada, for overseas customers I will pay 1/2 shipping. Cabinet Pricing is determined for the amount of time that goes into each one, they are very high quality with the finest of materials and will last a life time. Material cost is the secondary factor, I only use the expensive Finnish Cabinet Grade with 13 ply's and it currently runs $100 a sheet, all adhesives, tung oils and finishes applied are of the highest quality from specialty woodworker stores. Absolutely nothing is bought from your big box chains that will go into your cabinet - these are a labor of love. The quality and variety of the cabinets is well past any original manufactures original cabinets. Shipping Rates For 48 States USA the rate is $35 and is shipped by DHL. Hawaii and Alaska, please inquire. Canada, shipping is $45 and is sent by USPS Air Priority insured. Large McIntosh cabinets are $45 US 48 and $60 Canada. Worldwide shipping to Europe and Aisa, depends on weight, the average cabinet is $75, and is sent by USPS Air Priority and Insured. All shipping material is new - boxes, commercial stretch wrap and peanuts, for safety. Foreign orders, please inquire first for exact pricing as shipping is determined by weight. Payment is preferred with money orders or Paypal can be used. Personal checks are fine, if I am making a cabinet for you - it takes about 3 to 5 weeks to make most cabinets.
